Returns & Exchanges

At Misha & Puff, we want you to love your handcrafted knits and unique garments, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
